SITUATION
Our house is located in the heart of the village of Broye,
200 m from bakery, grocery and trails.
We are at Broye in Saone et Loire 15 km from Le Creusot and 15 km from Autun, in a small
quiet village, and the door of the Morvan nearby. The TGV station is 20 minutes away (we are at 1:20 of Paris).
It is in a building adjoining our house, former village café and forge that we have restored the guest rooms and the gite, in a warm and friendly atmosphere wood.
THE BED AND BREAKFAST
The room "Le Plessis" leads directly to the south on our terrace at the back of the house, quiet. P6282197
On the same level, this small suite of 35m ² has a 140cm bed, a 90 cm bed with a tray of 90 cm also a shower room and toilet.
A kitchenette with fridge, microwave and hob allow the preparation of a meal.
The seating area is organized around the wood stove.
The "Family" room faces the street from the church to the east and south, to also quiet with access to the terrace on the side.

Breakfast is served in the garden, in the room or in our dining room.
We also offer baby equipment (cot, high chair, changing mat, baby gear and toilet door), having our own two children aged 10 and 6 years.
Each room has a small window with regional products: honey, jams, local baked goods, organic cosmetics.
A welcome basket is provided with free tea, coffee and sugar.
THE COTTAGE
We have restored the house opposite ours and offer a cottage for 5 places for up to 7 people, fully renovated with 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine, about 90 m². , Warm, wood, calm, relax.
The kitchen open to the dining area with wood burning stove is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, food processor .... The bathroom is spacious with 
washing machine, large shower.
A separate lounge with 2 sofas including 1 convertible and TV area.
A small room with 2 beds of 90 cm in the attic and 1 large bedroom with 140 cm bed separated by a mezzanine with a bed of 110 cm.
South facing, with great brightness. Terrace and private garden in front, private garden in against bottom and access to our property of 2.5 acres with access to the games room (table tennis, table football, billiards ....).
Baby equipment on request, local produce on request.
HUT - ECO LODGE
The hut - Eco lodge. It is located in the garden, among the oaks, quiet, overlooking the valley, near donkeys.
A hut mixture, cottage, unusual and traditional however, she will put you in the heart of nature, for a single room, although comfortable with uncontrolled source of water (tap water provided) and electricity.
On 3 levels:
Ground floor: entrance, dry toilets, stairs, wood stove, 1 stove fire tank with spring water

I offer the guest table with organic products of Morvan, I'm going to get every week from local farmers, also in our garden and I can also prepare a vegetarian meal without gluten or meal to warm in the room or a picnic in season. (See section)

BREAKFAST

We offer hospitality horses or donkeys for hikers in our pre-hectare with a stable diposition.

We practice ourselves, mountain biking hiking, downhill, trials and dirt, windsurfing and we can guide you to discover our site. (Trial planning and dirt in our field for amateurs) and possible introduction to mountain board, trailskate, Ripstick, freemoove.
